A rotor fixing unit for a drive motor fixes a rotor core to a shaft. In particular, a plurality of keyway portions, which includes first keyways formed in an axial direction of the shaft, and second keyways connected to the first keyways in a rotation direction, are formed in an outer circumferential surface of the shaft. Additionally, a plurality of key protrusions, which are each coupled to each of the keyway portions, respectively, are formed on an inner circumferential surface of the rotor core, and fixing members for fixing the shaft and the rotor core are then inserted into the first keyways to fix the key protrusions in the second keyways.
