According to the resin composition, the polyolefin resin and bifunctional maleimide or multifunctional maleimide are prepolymerized, so that the problem that bifunctional maleimide or multifunctional maleimide is incompatible with the polyolefin resin and the vinyl thermosetting polyphenyl ether is solved, a mixed glue solution is uniform and consistent, the appearance of the prepreg is uniform, and a base material resin region is free from a phase splitting problem.
