The invention relates to a safety helmet with prompting and warning functions. A helmet body is formed by an encapsulation layer, a protection layer, an energy dissipation layer and a lining layer which are sequentially combined from outside to inside. The first end of a first helmet band and the first end of a second helmet band are fixed to the energy dissipation layer; the energy dissipation layer is of a hollow structure, and a vibration element and a plurality of first pressure sensors are arranged on the inner surface of the inner side of the energy dissipation layer in a spaced mode; two conduction bands are arranged in the first helmet band, a first conducting strip is arranged at one end of one conduction band, a second conducting strip is arranged at one end of the other conduction band, a plurality of second pressure sensors are further arranged on the outer surface of the protection layer at intervals, the second pressure sensors are encapsulated in the encapsulation layer, and an acousto-optic alarm and a positioner are further arranged on the outside of the protection layer. The safety helmet can automatically give a prompt of incorrect wearing and can also give out warning messages after staff are buried or high-altitude falling objects exist above staff.
