摘要:
本发明涉及一种洗毛、和毛、梳毛新工艺,因其提高了洗净毛含油率标准,并通过加入润滑粉和增大梳毛机工作辊隔距,从而增强了毛纤维自身强度,降低了毛纤维之间的粘性,减少了毛纤维损伤。经测试:3公分以下短毛含量减少4-5%,毛纤维加权平均长度提高2-3mm,使羊毛制成率提高2-3%。

The invented technology for wool scouring, fearnaughting and carding raises the oil content rate standard of wool cleaning, and through adding lubricating powder and enlarging the interval of working rollers of carding machine, then the self strength of wool fiber is increased, and the viscosity between the wool fibers, and the damage of wool fiber are lowered. By testing, the short fiber content which is shorter than / cm. is reduced by 4-5%. The weighted average length of wool fiber is raised by 2-3mm Therefore, the production rate of wool can be raised by 2-3%.
