本发明提供一类异硫氰酸酯类化合物及其应用，所述化合物是芳基取代的异硫氰酸酯类化合物，具有通式I的结构。本发明所述异硫氰酸酯类化合物在水中的溶解度非常好，对XPO1蛋白的抑制活性远优于非芳基取代的其它同类化合物，并且副作用极小，生物安全度和生物利用度好，非常适合于临床应用，因此具有巨大的潜在的市场空间和经济效益。。

The invention provides an isothiocyanate compound and application thereof. The compound is an aryl substituted isothiocyanate compound which has a structure in the general formula I (refer to the Specification). The isothiocyanate compound disclosed by the invention has very good solubility in water, has far better inhibitory activity for XPO1 protein than other non-aryl substituted congeneric compounds, has extremely small side effects, has a good biological safety degree and good bioavailability, and is quite suitable for clinical application, so that the isothiocyanate compound has tremendous potential market space and economic benefits.
