The present invention relates to a packaging for a cosmetic fluid sprayable by an air-intake pump (9) constituted by a flexible pouch (1) having on one of the peripheral bands (3) thereof an insert (6) for fastening said pump (9), said insert (6) opening into the pouch (1), and by a peripheral frame (11), said insert (6) cooperating with said frame (11) in the usage position of the packaging. Said pouch (1) is connected to the frame (11) along the entirety of its peripheral bands (3) in order to ensure that said pouch (1) is immobile along the entire height of same, the width of the frame (11) being greater than or equal to the width of the peripheral band (3) of the pouch (1) extending from the lateral seam between the peripheral seam (2) of the pouch and the lateral side of said pouch, said frame (11) being open on at least 80% of the front surfaces of the pouch (1), the lower part of said frame (11) forming a base, said frame (11) consisting of two identical shells (12, 13) between which said pouch (1) is secured.
