The invention provides a recirculated cooling water processing agent used for metal equipment, which is composed of methyl-tri(methylene phosphonic acid), sodium hexametaphosphate, white copperas zinc sulfate, hydroxybenzothiazole, ethanol and water. A preparation method is characterized in that the components are added in water according to the formula proportion, and are uniformly mixed to obtain the product. The recirculated cooling water processing agent has the advantages of reasonable formula, simple preparation technology, low production cost, no toxicity, no corrosion and good stability, and is suitable for highly basic and high temperature water quality, and the effect is ideal.
