The invention relates to an ambulance transfusion net. An opening and an outlet are formed in a transparent transfusion net shell, a high-elasticity silicon tape is fixedly mounted in the transparent transfusion net shell, and the high-elasticity silicon tape is connected with a fixing buckle. Through mounting the high-elasticity silicon tape in the transparent transfusion net shell, as long as a transfusion bottle or a transfusion bag is put in the transparent transfusion net shell and connected with the fixing buckle, the whole transparent transfusion net shell is in a micropressure state, transfusion can be smoothly carried out without pressurization, and the purpose of safely transferring patients is ensured.
