Provided is a collector which has a conductive layer that has excellent adhesion and stably exhibits PTC performance which contributes to the safety if used in an electrode structure of a nonaqueous electrolyte battery or an electricity storage component. The present invention provides a collector which is provided with a metal foil and a conductive layer that is formed on a part or the whole of at least one surface of the metal foil. In this connection, the conductive layer contains core-shell particles, each of which comprises a core particle (114) that is mainly formed of an insulating crystalline polymer and a conductive shell layer (116) that is formed on the surface of the core particle (114).
