The invention provides an electric rice cooker. The electric rice cooker comprises an inner pot, an outer pot and a support ring, wherein the edge of an installation hole of the support ring is located between the edge of the inner pot and the edge of the outer pot; and the electric rice cooker further comprises a first heat isolating ring which is arranged between the inner pot and the support ring in order to prevent the inner port from contacting with the support ring, a second heat isolating ring which is arranged between the outer pot and the support ring in order to prevent the outer pot from contacting with the support ring. The first heat isolating ring and the second heat isolating ring both have heat isolating effects. By concurrently arranging the heat isolating rings having the heat isolating effect between the inner pot and the support ring as well as between the outer pot and the support ring, and achieving contact isolation by the heat isolating rings, the heat of the inner pot and the heat of the outer pot can be prevented from transmitting onto the support ring, thus effectively avoiding the problem that the supporting is deformed or even molten due to the excessive temperature, thereby increasing the service life of the whole electric rice cooker.
