The riding type threading wire-suspending device is directly buckled on a cross arm through the support and is close to the cross arm, so that the moment is reduced, and deformation is prevented. As the ball head nut can be matched with the cambered surface of the through hole in a swinging manner, the riding type threading wire-suspending device can swing in any direction, avoids deflection caused by heavy wind, and is effectively protected.
