The invention discloses a compound polyurethane elastomer composite which consists of a composite A and a composite B, wherein a weight part ratio of the composite A to the composite B is 135:(50-60); the composite A comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of polymer polyhydric alcohol, 15-20 parts of hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene, 15-25 parts of chain extender, 2-4 parts of silane coupling agent, 3-5 pats of catalyst, 1-2 parts of ultraviolet light absorber, 0.5-1 part of antioxidant, 0.1-0.3 part of defoaming agent, 1-2 parts of adhesion promoter and 33-45 parts of hollow glass microspheres; and the composite B comprises the following ingredients in parts by weight: 80-90 parts of isocyanate, 5-10 parts of polypropylene oxide glycol, 0-15 parts of small-molecular alcohol and 0.1-0.5 part of catalyst. The compound polyurethane elastomer composite has good heat preservation property, compression resistance and corrosion resistance and low-temperature property, and high strength, can be used for heat preservation of an underwater production facility, saves energy resources and optimizes the environment.
