The present invention addresses the problem of providing a composition: that has heat sealing capacity at low temperatures and is free of stickiness; for which the heat sealing strength range can be kept within a fixed range when the heat sealing temperature is set at a low temperature; for which there are minimal changes in heat sealing strength over time; for which the strength required for unsealing when used in packaging can easily kept within a fixed range; and which enables advanced performance design for packaging. The present invention is a 1-butene/alpha-olefin copolymer composition that is characterized by comprising: 99 to 1 parts by mass of one or more types of olefin polymers (X) selected from a propylene polymer (X-1) and an ethylene polymer (X-2); and 1 to 99 parts by mass of a 1-butene/alpha-olefin copolymer (Y), wherein the percentage of one or more types of alpha-olefins selected from alpha-olefins is 0.1 to 30 mol% and the molecular weight distribution (Mw/Mn) is 1.0 to 3.5. (The total of (X) and (Y) in the composition is regarded as being 100 parts by mass.)
