The invention discloses a high-voltage transmission line conveying device, which comprises a machine body, a plurality of walking mechanisms, a plurality of clamping mechanisms, a human carrying hanging basket, a pull wire and a control system, wherein the pull wire is used for manually driving the machine body to move on the high-voltage transmission line, the walking mechanisms are symmetrically arranged on the machine body in a way capable of vertically moving, in addition, the machine body can be driven to slide on the high-voltage transmission line through being driven by the control system, each clamp mechanism is arranged at one side of the corresponding walking mechanism and can be driven by the control system to clamp the high-voltage transmission line, the human carrying hanging basket is suspended under the machine body, the bottom of the machine body is provided with a hook ring used for pulling a human body in the human carrying hanging basket, the front end and the back end of the machine body are symmetrically provided with pull rings, and two ends of the pull wire pass through each pull ring from a position under the machine body to be connected onto corresponding pole towers. The high-voltage transmission line conveying device has the advantages that the structure is simple, the operation is convenient, the existing mobile robot and the hanging basket for people to take are effectively combined, and the problem of transportation when operators enter operation points from the pole towers is solved.
