The invention relates to an environment-friendly anti-oxidation printing adhesive for glitter paste and gold and silver powder and a preparation method thereof. The printing adhesive is mainly prepared from a soft monomer, a hard monomer, a functional monomer, a non-ionic emulsifier, an initiator, deionized water and a neutralizer and is polymerized through seed pre-emulsification semicontinuous adding process and a thickening agent is added to increase thickness to reach a certain viscosity. The environment-friendly anti-oxidation printing adhesive has the advantages of high transparence, good gloss, good anti-oxidation property and excellent waterproofness and is safe and environment-friendly; a formed printing coating has soft handfeel and good fastness. The environment-friendly anti-oxidation printing adhesive is suitable for manual or mechanical printing of gold and silver powder, gold and silver slices, colorful slices and the like of various cotton-spun and cotton blended fabrics.
