The invention relates to a method for carrying out enzymolysis on a soybean by using a gas-solid two-phase magnetically-stabilized fluidized bed. The method is characterized in that a protease is fixed to a magnetic carrier to prepare a magnetic immobilized enzyme and show distribution in a magnetically stabilized state, so that soybean powder can be sufficiently reacted with the enzyme; an expanded soybean is taken as a raw material, crushed soybean is preheated to specified temperature, and then soybean powder is subjected to spraying humidification so as to complete reaction with the magnetic immobilized enzyme in dynamic motion; air is introduced from an air inlet positioned at the bottom of a magnetic fluidized bed reactor, the humidified soybean powder is fed from a feed opening positioned at the top of the reactor so as to react with a magnetic immobilized protease, ventilation is stopped after enzymolysis, soybean oil flows through a discharge opening and is extracted through a squeezing method, the ventilation quantity inside the magnetic fluidized bed reactor, the addition amount of the magnetic immobilized protease and the influence of magnetic field intensity on the great extraction rate are inspected by taking grease extraction rate as a reference index, and the reaction parameter of the magnetic fluidized bed reactor is groped.
