The testing system is characterized in that a transmission tower leakage current testing module and an earth screen flow leakage channel transmitting module are connected through the functional diverter switch, and the earth screen flow leakage channel transmitting module is electrically connected with an earth screen flow leakage channel receiving module. The testing system solves the problems that in the prior art, the earth screen situation of a transmission tower can only be analyzed according to the grounding resistance value as the reference quantity, the ray depth and length can only be checked randomly and accepted in the tower preliminary inspection, comprehensiveness is not achieved, the earth screen situation of the transmission tower cannot be effectively reflected, and the safe running of a power grid cannot be guaranteed.
