The invention discloses two chromone compounds as well as a preparation method and an application of the compounds in preparation of anti-tumor drugs. The structures of the chromone compounds are shown in a formula (I). Two chromone compounds 1-2 with anti-tumor activity are separated from fermenting liquor of Engyodontium album DFFSCS021. The compounds have the activity of inhibiting growth of a lymphoma cell U937, a cervical carcinoma cell Hela, a human breast cancer cell MCF-7, hepatoma carcinoma cells HePG2 and Huh7, prostate cancer PC3, esophagus cancer Eca9706, leukemia cells KG and K562 and a laryngocarcinoma cell Hep2, so that the compounds have good application prospect in preparing the anti-tumor drugs. The formula is as shown in the specification.
