Disclosed in the invention is an iron tower vibration measurement and analysis system at night. The system comprises a wind speed and wind direction measurement instrument, an infrared camera, an industrial computer, a laser range finder and a pickup. On the basis of combination of laser measurement, infrared measurement, and environmental parameter measurement, the measurement and analysis of the iron tower at night are realized based on combined measurement; and vibration of the iron tower and leads is recorded and analyzed simultaneously. According to the invention, characteristics of heavy wind and dark light at night are fully utilized and measurement is carried out by using the laser and infrared technologies, so that the measurement quality is improved; the vibration of the iron tower and leads is recorded and analyzed simultaneously, so that synchronous analyses of the tower-lead integrated structure are realized and the association relation between the tower and the lead can be discovered easily.
