The invention provides a construction method of an epoxy floor. The method comprises the steps of (1) grinding and cleaning the ground, coating epoxy primer, and then uniformly spreading #9 quartz sands before the epoxy primer is cured; (2) sweeping to remove excessive #9 quartz sands after the primer is cured, and maintaining for 10 to 12 hours; (3) mixing high-rate middle coating material, uniformly spreading on the ground, and then compacting and trowelling through a trowelling machine; (4) spraying epoxy floor paint on the surface layer after the high-rate middle coating material is fully cured. According to the method, the epoxy primer is coated, then the #9 quartz sands are spread, and finally the high-rate middle coating material during middle coating, so that a porous structure can be formed at the bottom layer, the water vapor can be buffered, and as a result, the phenomenon that the epoxy floor is bubbled due to the water vapor on the bottom layer can be avoided.
