The invention discloses a buried pipeline temperature measuring method and a buried pipeline temperature measuring device, and belongs to the technical field of oil and gas pipeline temperature measurement. The method comprises the following steps: a threaded boss is fixed to a buried pipeline, and the threaded boss is in threaded connection with a thermometer outer protective sleeve; one end of a mounting bracket is fixed to the ground, and a plug-in thermometer is fixed to the other end of the mounting bracket; a cable trench box is fixed to the mounting bracket; one end of a capillary is connected with the plug-in thermometer, and the other end passes through the cable trench box to be connected with the thermometer outer protective sleeve; a protective steel pipe is arranged outside the plug-in thermometer, and the capillary, the threaded boss and the thermometer outer protective sleeve are disposed in the protective steel pipe; one end of the protective steel pipe is fixedly connected with the buried pipeline, and the other end is equipped with a sealing block; and the plug-in thermometer carries out real-time detection through a temperature sensor inserted into the buried pipeline so as to realize in-situ temperature display and remote transmission. The invention further provides a device for implementing the method. The buried pipeline temperature measuring method and the buried pipeline temperature measuring device of the invention has the advantages of high accuracy of buried pipeline temperature measurement, high stability, investment saving, and easy operation and maintenance.
