The system comprises a smoke carbon dioxide trapping system and a ventilated gas oxidization heat supply system, wherein heat generated by ventilated gas oxidization is used by a regeneration heat supply system of the pithead power plant smoke carbon dioxide trapping system by a ventilated gas oxidization device; by effectively combining the carbon dioxide trapping system and a ventilated gas control system, the trapping cost of carbon dioxide is greatly reduced, and the emission reduction of methane greenhouse gas in a mine lot and the energy-orientation utilization of ventilated gas can be realized.
