The invention belongs to the technical field of computer application, and relates to a deterministic simulation method of a digitized end system of an AFDX (Avionics Full Duplex Switched Ethernet) network. By applying the method, the determinacy of end system data transmission described in an ARINC (Aeronautical Radio Incorporated) 664 protocol can be simulated, optimized and validated. The method comprises spatial and temporal two-dimensional isolation on data flow, discrete-event-based flow shaping and polling scheduling on a virtual link, so that a digitized AFDX onboard data network is constructed with convenience, rapidness and low cost, and a validation means and an evaluation basis are provided for the type selection of an onboard network and the configuration scheme of an onboard network topology.
