The invention discloses a method for improving the enterprise energy efficiency of a wind-and-light power storage and generation microgrid, and belongs to the field of the wind-and-light power storage and generation microgrids. The method comprises the following steps: 1, obtaining a power utilization model of an enterprise within a period according to historical statistical data of a power grid and the enterprise, and obtaining wind-and-light power generation output power by combining historical meteorological data and adopting a modern weather forecasting technology; 2, performing discretization on the power utilization model of the enterprise and the wind-and-light power generation output power which are obtained in the step 1 so as to obtain power utilization data and output power which are subjected to discretization; 3, constructing a comprehensive model according to relevant data such as the power utilization data of the enterprise, the wind-and-light power generation output power and a storage battery; 4, optimizing the power utilization data of the enterprise and the wind-and-light power generation output power by using a genetic algorithm GA so as to obtain optimized power utilization data of the enterprise. The method can be used for improving the energy efficiency of an enterprise with high industrial energy consumption.
