本发明公开一种篦冷机挡盖，所述挡盖由管状侧壁与顶部圆片两部分构成，管状侧壁的端部车有凹止口，止口的深度等于圆片的厚度。还公开了制造这种挡盖结构的方法。本发明的篦冷机挡盖加工过程相比于现有技术容易，加工量大为降低，原材料成本也大为降低。

The invention discloses a grate cooler shield cover. The shield cover is composed of a tubular sidewall and a top disc, wherein a concave seam allowance is turned in the end part of the tubular sidewall; the depth of the seam allowance is equal to the thickness of the disc. The invention also discloses a method for manufacturing the shield cover structure. Machining of the grate cooler shield cover disclosed by the invention is easier than that in the prior art, the amount of machining is greatly reduced and the raw material cost is greatly lowered as well.
