The invention provides a hydraulic system capable of lowering hydraulic oil source startup frequency of an AMT (Automated Mechanical Transmission). The system comprises a one-way valve (1), a hydraulic control one-way valve (2) and a pressure sensor (3), wherein the one-way valve (1) comprises inlets, which are respectively connected with an oil filter (4) and a control end of the hydraulic control one-way valve (2), and outlets which are respectively connected with a gear shift control valve and an oil inlet of the hydraulic control one-way valve (2); an oil outlet of the hydraulic control one-way valve (2) is connected with a power accumulator (5) and the pressure sensor (3) respectively. According to the hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil source startup frequency of the AMT caused by hydraulic pressure leakage can be effectively lowered when an AMT system has no gear shifting action, and thus, the service lives of a hydraulic oil source and a control relay are prolonged.
