The invention discloses a five-anti locking device and locking method. The five-anti locking device comprises a five-anti lock set and an electronic key. The five-anti lock set comprises a lock component, an electromagnetic lock control component and a code reader. The electromagnetic lock control component and the code reader are installed inside the lock body of the lock component. The code reader controls the closing or opening of circuit of the electromagnetic lock. The electromagnetic lock control component controls the closing or opening of the lock component. The electronic key is equipped with a radio frequency chip which is mutually identified and matched with the code reader. The application of the five-anti locking device, the lock is unlocked by radio frequency and identification, and the lock is no longer unlocked by inserting key into a lock hole. Because the lock hole is not arranged, on one hand, the problem that the lock is difficult to be unlocked or too much time is consumed when unlocking since the blocking of the lock hole is effectively prevented, the key is broken or the lock is rusty is avoided; on the other hand, the possibility that the five-anti lock is forced open by a screw driver and the like tools is avoided, and the five-anti system is more secure and stable.
