The invention provides a method for manufacturing a composite polyamide film which comprises a porous carrier and a thin-film polyamide layer, wherein the method comprises a step of applying a multifunctional amine monomer and a four-acyl halide monomer which is represented by a formula (I) and causing interface polymerization on the monomers for forming the thin-film polyamide layer; wherein A is selected from oxygen atom (O-), carbon atom (-C-) and silicon atom (-Si-), wherein the oxygen atom, carbon atom and silicon atom can be unsubstituted or substituted by one to four carbon atoms; or A can be a carbonyl group (-C(O)), wherein X can be same or different and is selected from halogen family elements, and Y is selected from halogen family elements and hydroxyl group.
