An integral vacuum blood collection apparatus comprises a blood collection needle seat (3). The blood collection needle seat (3) has a cylindrical cavity (31),and a tail end of the cylindrical cavity (31) is open. A blood collection needle tube (12) is fixed at a front wall of the tail end and extends backwards into the cylindrical cavity (31). A pipe plug of a blood sample collection pipe (2) is inserted in front in the cylindrical cavity (31) in a pluggable and unpluggable manner. By adding the blood collection needle seat (3) and connecting, in advance, the blood sample collection pipe (2) to the blood collection needle seat (3) and blood collection needle tube (12), the apparatus makes the whole blood collection apparatus be in an integrated structure. A structure matching with the pipe plug in the cylindrical cavity (31) enables the blood sample collection pipe (2) inserted in the cylindrical cavity (31) not to fall off when the blood sample collection pipe (2) is placed upright, and indicates, in a touch manner, the insertion degree of the blood sample collection pipe (2) mounted in the cylindrical cavity (31), thereby facilitating the mounting. The whole apparatus is simplified in structure and easy to operate.
