The invention discloses a substation automation signal check-and-accept terminal connector which comprises a fixing plate. A movable fixed inserting needle mechanism and a moving inserting needle mechanism are arranged on the fixing plate. The fixed inserting needle mechanism comprises a first fixing rod, a first inserting needle rod and a first connecting plate which is connected with the first fixing rod and the first inserting needle rod. The first fixing rod and the first inserting needle rod penetrate through a groove in the fixing plate. Limiting nuts are arranged on the first fixing rod and the first inserting needle rod on the upper side and the lower side of the fixing plate. The moving inserting needle mechanism comprises a second fixing rod, a second inserting needle rod and a second connecting plate connected with the second fixing rod and the second inserting needle rod. The second fixing rod and the second inserting needle rod penetrate through a groove in the fixing plate. Limiting nuts are arranged on the second fixing rod and the second inserting needle rod on the upper side and the lower side of the fixing plate. The first inserting needle rod and the second inserting needle rod are provided with conducting path structures. During terminal strip node short circuiting, signal transmission is stable, signal sending errors are avoided, efficiency is improved, and time for automation signal checking and accepting is shortened.
