The invention discloses a brass-plating process of pearlite steel wires. The brass-plating process comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out ultrasonic cleaning, (2) carrying out plating-assistant treatment, (3) carrying out hot-dip brass plating and (4) cleaning with phosphoric acid. By the brass-plating process, the cost can be reduced, the environment is improved and the corrosion resistance and adhesion property of the steel wire brass coating are improved.
