The invention relates to a baking-free brick and a preparation method thereof. The baking-free brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 to 10 parts of high-temperature resin adhesive, 5 to 10 parts of acrylic emulsion, 10 to 15 parts of lime, 15 to 20 parts of soil-stone powder and 10 to 15 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing the high-temperature resin adhesive and the acrylic emulsion to obtain a mixture I, pouring the mixture I into a container, adding the water with the quantity being twice of the total quantity of the mixture I, heating at the temperature of 50 DEG C, stirring the mixture while heating, completely and uniformly diluting, distinguishing, and collecting the mixture for standby use; and (2) adding the lime and the soil-stone powder into the water to obtain a mixture II, uniformly stirring the mixture II, mixing the mixture II with the mixture I in the step (1) to obtain a mixture III, pouring the mixture III into a mold, extruding the mixture for three minutes by utilizing the pressure of 50 kilograms, and naturally drying the mixture III to obtain the baking-free brick. The baking-free brick is firm and durable.
