The invention relates to a method and a device for testing sensitivity of a micro-power wireless complete machine. The method comprises the following steps: the micro-power wireless complete machine receives a test data code flow output by a radio frequency comprehensive tester; a radio frequency chip in the complete machine demodulates a high-frequency signal modulated by the test data code flow into a data flow of a TTL (Transistor-Transistor Logic) level standard; the complete machine converts the demodulated data flow into a data flow of a communication interface standard of the complete machine and outputs to a communication interface converter through a communication interface of the complete machine; the communication interface converter converts the data flow into the data flow of the TTL level standard and outputs to the radio frequency comprehensive tester; the radio frequency comprehensive tester compares the data flow received from the communication interface converter with a test data code flow output by the communication interface converter to finish the testing. The method and the device have the technical effects that a shell of the complete machine is not required to be opened and a demodulation data flow output pin of the RF chip in the complete machine is not required to be led out to a port of the complete machine or out of the complete machine so as to facilitate the testing.
