Disclosed in the invention is a new-energy imbalanced-gravity generator comprising a rotating hub and a rotating apparatus. A flange rotating plate is installed at the rotating hub; a plurality of numerical control hydraulic drive steel rods are embedded at the rotating plate at equal intervals; and heavy steel balls are arranged at the top ends of the drive rods. When the drive rod steel balls are located at an upper longitudinal line, the hydraulic rods are lifted rapidly; and when the drive rod steel balls move to a right horizontal line, the hydraulic rods are lifted to the top end, and the rotating arm force is huge and the heavy balls exert gravities. When the steel balls at the top of the hydraulic rods move to positions below the longitudinal line, contraction is carried out automatically and rapidly; and when the steel balls move to the left of the horizontal line, the hydraulic rods are contracted to the bottom. Four groups of inertia wheels are arranged at the rotating hub shaft; the lower two groups of wheels are installed at the rotating shaft and are respectively connected to the generator. A gear wheel at the right of the lower rotating shaft is connected with an electric speed changer installed at the left of a hydraulic motor; and an external wheel is installed at the right side of a motor. A numerical control apparatus, a carbon brush lead, a lithium storage battery, and a voltage-stabilization-rectification-inversion-frequency conversion-compression integrator are arranged; and a fixed revolution support plate is also arranged. The generator has a wide application range.
