The invention discloses a space positioning construction method for a pre-stressing tendon of a dome structure. The space positioning of the pre-stressing tendon can be accurately constructed according to the method. The method comprises the following steps of sequentially dividing the pre-stressing tendon of the dome structure into four sections namely L1, L2, L3 and L4; setting a horizontal reference surface and a global coordinate system; setting each index; establishing local rectangular plane coordinate systems XX and YY according to the pre-stressing tendon to obtain the coordinate of each point of the pre-stressing tendon under the local rectangular plane coordinate systems; acquiring the coordinates of global coordinate X and Y axes through a coordinate transformation formula; calculating the four sections to obtain the coordinate of a Z axis; sequentially connecting all sampling points to obtain L1, L2, L3 and L4; finally, acquiring a space curve. The pre-stressing tendon of the dome structure is creatively divided into different positioning sections according to a spatial form, different positioning constructions are carried out according to the positioning sections, the operation is simple, the feasibility is high, an obtained analysis result meets the stress and construction requirements, and the method can be widely applied to structural engineering for arranging the pre-stressing tendon on a dome.
