The invention relates to a uranium hydrometallurgy ion exchange tower with filtration equipment comprising multilayer stand pipes. The ion exchange tower comprises a tower body, wherein the filtration equipment is fixedly mounted at the bottom of the tower body through a bottom plate; a resin outlet formed in the bottom plate is communicated with a resin outlet formed in the filtration equipment; a liquid outlet formed in the bottom plate is communicated with a liquid outlet formed in the filtration equipment; a sealing washer is arranged between the bottom plate and the filtration equipment; the filtration equipment comprises a base, four multilayer stand pipes, and a fixing annular plate; the four multilayer stand pipes are in welded connection with four liquid inlets formed in the upper plate of the base respectively; the open end of each multilayer stand pipe is corresponding to a liquid inlet; the fixing annular plate is in welded connection with the top plates of the four multilayer stand pipes.
