The invention discloses a logic consistency calibration method for single line diagrams of a PMS (plant management system) and an error prevention system. The method is used for judging the consistency of the single line diagram of the error prevention system if the single line diagram of the PMS is changed and comprises the steps of performing topological comparison on equipment in the single line diagram of the error prevention system and equipment in the single line diagram of the PMS one by one, and extracting and marking inconsistent equipment. According to the method, a specific change type of the changed single line diagram of the error prevention system can be effectively calibrated, and the accuracy is high; the problem that conventional manual calibration by a dispatcher is low in accuracy is solved, and the working efficiency of the dispatcher is improved. Meanwhile, the changed equipment is marked, so that convenience is provided for the dispatcher to survey.
