The invention discloses an oil replacing method. The oil replacing method comprises the steps of S1, removing dirty oils in a vehicle oil tank and storing the dirty oils in a dirty oil box, S2, injecting a net oil pre-stored in a net oil tank into the vehicle oil tank, S3, pumping the dirty oil in the dirty oil tank into a filter device and filtering the dirty oil in the filter device to obtain the net oil, and S4, injecting the net oil obtained in the step S3 into the net oil tank for later user. According to the oil replacing method, the used dirty oil is not abandoned, and instead, the dirty oil is filtered at the same time of replacement and then stored into the net oil tank for use in next time of oil replacement. As a result, the dirty oil is reused and the waste of resources is reduced. The invention also discloses an oil replacing system based on the oil replacing method.
