A charging mechanism comprises an inner fixer fixed in front of a main shaft and used for fixing a coiled material from the inner ring of the coiled material, and an outer fixer arranged on an uncoiling machine seat and used for fixing the coiled material from the outer ring of the coiled material through rotating arms, the inner fixer comprises a plurality of fixing blocks annularly arranged on the main shaft, the inner fixer cooperates with a hydraulic motor, the outer fixer comprises a first rotating arm and a second rotating arm, the second rotating arm is an arc-shaped arm adapted to the arc surface of the periphery of the coiled material, the end portion of the second rotating arm is provided with a press roller, the first rotating arm cooperates with a rotating arm cylinder, the rotating arm cylinder can drive the first rotating arm to rotate with one end of the first rotating arm connected with an uncoiling machine frame as the axis, the press roller is connected with a rolling motor, and the rolling motor can drive the press roller to rotate in order to outward push the coiled material. The uncoiling machine has the advantages of compaction of the coiled material from the inner ring of the coiled material through expansion, pressing of the coiled material from the outer ring of the coiled material, and coiled material conveying assisting.
