The invention relates to the field of multi-core processor parallel computation, and provides a method for simulating parallel computation. By means of the method, when the interconnection scheme of a reconfigurable processor overall framework and an array processing unit is not determined, the mapping scheme, on a reconfigurable array, of the algorithm can be verified and optimized. Thus, according to the technical scheme, the method includes the steps of firstly, conducting parameter defining on a configurable processor so as to establish a model; secondly, mapping the serial algorithm to the configurable processor, distributing tasks to all simulative PEs to be done, and writing the parallel code used for simulation according to the rules of the OpenMP; thirdly, conducting result and performance analysis on the parallel algorithm through an Amplifier tool, choosing to modify the configuration framework or modify the mapping scheme of the algorithm so as to conduct simulation again if the requirement is not met. The method is mainly applied to data processing and confidential communication.
