The invention provides an anti-falling pressure transmission ball seat. The anti-falling pressure transmission ball seat comprises an outer tubular column and a one-way guide device. The outer tubular column comprises an outer casing pipe, a connecting ring and an overflowing pipe, all of which are connected in sequence. The overflowing pipe is sleeved with a sieve pipe. A ring cavity is formed between the sieve pipe and the overflowing pipe. The front end of the sieve pipe is in sealed connection with the connecting ring, and the rear end of the sieve pipe and the overflowing pipe are sealed. The one-way guide device is located in the outer tubular column. A pressure transmission channel is formed between the outer side face of the one-way guide device and the outer tubular column. An inner cavity of the one-way guide device is communicated with the ring cavity through a guide pipe. The guide pipe is not communicated with the pressure transmission channel. When liquid passes through the ring cavity and the guide pipe to enter the one-way guide device, the inner cavity of the one-way guide device is communicated with the pressure transmission channel correspondingly. Impurities in liquid deposit to the well bottom, a pump in an oil well or a nozzle of a water distributor of a water injection well is prevented from being blocked, and normal oil extraction and backflushing are guaranteed.
