The invention discloses a method for fixed calcium scale removal through oilfield injection water, and an apparatus thereof, and belongs to the technical field of oilfield gathering production. The apparatus comprises a 100m<3> injection water buffer tank with the diameter of 4.5 m and the height of 6m, a DN80 clear water inlet pipeline, a DN80 sewage inlet pipeline, a chemical dosing pipeline with the diameter of DN30 and concentric to the clear water inlet pipeline, a chemical dosing pump, a DN80 buffer tank outlet water pipeline, a DN100 mud outlet pipeline, and arc-shaped manhole with the height of 1.2m and the curved surface radius of 0.6m. The method and apparatus are suitable for injection water production of various oil, water and gas wells, changes negative scale prevention to positive scale formation, and avoids production stopping caused by calcium scale formation of subsequent technologies by adding chemicals, rapidly forming calcium scales in an assigned position or area of a specific apparatus and intensively removing the scales.
