The invention discloses a novel cable take-up device. The novel cable take-up device comprises a first case, a stranding device and a second case. A first take-up reel and a second take-up reel are fixed to a base plate through fixing devices. A take-up ring and the base plate are connected and located in the same circle center line. A fixing ring is arranged on a connecting support and connected with the base plate. The bottom of the connecting support is fixed to the ground through a fixing base. An air cylinder base is arranged on the connecting support, and an air cylinder is arranged on the air cylinder base and connected with a clamping device. The second case comprises the clamping device, a main take-up reel and a take-up apparatus, wherein the main take-up reel is connected with the take-up apparatus. The clamping device comprises a worktable, a spring, clamping arms, a groove and a fixing shaft, wherein the clamping arms are installed on the fixing shaft, and the spring is arranged on the fixing shaft. Multiple lines can be stranded into one cable through the stranding device and flattened to be formed through the clamping device. The novel cable take-up device is simple in structure, reasonable in design, uniform and compact in winding, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
