The invention relates to a method for producing laccase liquid and laccase powder based on traditional Chinese medicine dregs. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a PDA solid medium; (2) preparing a seed medium; (3) preparing a fermentation enzyme production seed liquid; (4) preparing a fermentation enzyme production medium; (5) fermenting and producing enzyme; (6) extracting laccase liquid; and (7) carrying out spray drying on the laccase liquid to obtain the laccase powder. The method disclosed by the invention is mild in fermentation condition, simple in process and low in cost, and waste materials are recycled, thus reducing pollution of traditional Chinese medicine dregs on environment; by virtue of active ingredients in the traditional Chinese medicine dregs, fungi is induced to produce enzyme, fermentation time is shortened, the produced laccase is high in activity and good in stability; and the produced laccase can be widely applied to the fields of paper making, printing and dyeing, sewage treatment and the like.
