The present invention relates to a C-shaped clamping device. The device comprises: a C-shaped clamp comprising a closing portion in which two ends face each other; a cylinder-shaped member which is inserted into a C-ring portion of the clamp; a coupling piece, which is installed so as to penetrate the closing portion, for providing member-gripping force; and an interference ring which is inserted between the ends in the closing portion. The interference ring has an inner diameter which is equal to the outer diameter of the coupling piece, and comprises a stopper which is formed on one side of the outer circumference and protrudes toward the inside of the clamp. The member comprises a groove, which is formed around the outer circumferential surface of the member, for accommodating a hook portion. According to the C-shaped clamping device, shock that is applied to the member can be effectively absorbed, and binding force between the clamp and the member that is inserted can be effectively strengthened.
