The invention relates to an emulsified oil for precise copper strip rolling, and a preparation method and application thereof. The emulsified oil for precise copper strip rolling comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of HVI 150, 5-20 parts of neopentyl glycol oleate, 1-5 parts of tall oil acid, 1-3 parts of triethanolamine, 3-8 parts of nonylphenol polyethenoxy ether, 1-5 parts of phosphate amine salt, 0.05-0.5 part of benzotriazole and derivatives thereof, 0.1-0.5 part of thiocarbamate and methyl benzotriazole derivatives, 0.05-0.2 part of organosiloxane and 0.5-2 parts of 1,2-benzo-isothiazolinyl-3-one. The emulsified oil for precise copper strip rolling can be used for technical lubrication of various precise copper alloy sheet strip cold rolling processes.
