The invention discloses a high toughness PET (polyethylene terephthalate)/ABS (acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene) alloy comprising the following components by mass: 20%-70% of PET, 20%-40% of ABS, 10%-25% of a flexibilizer, 2%-6% of a compatibilizer, 0.1%-1% of a chain extender, 0.1%-1% of a light stabilizer, 0.1%-2% of a lubricant and 0.1%-1% of an antioxidant. The beneficial effect is in that, compared with the prior art, the high toughness PET/ABS alloy prepared by the invention has high strength, good toughness, excellent electrical performance, good processing fluidity, dimensional stability and aging resistance and other significant advantages, can adapt to the field of electronic and electrical appliances, automotive industry, electrical equipment, building materials and the like, and has the broad application prospect.
