The invention provides an anti-pollution soil gas sampling device, comprising a drill stem, wherein an axial communicating hole is formed in the middle of the drill stem. The anti-pollution soil gas sampling device is characterized in that a group of capillary pores which are connected with the axial communicating hole are formed in the tip part of the drill stem; a hose connected with the communicating hole is arranged at the tail end of the drill stem, and is connected with the upper part of a transfer tank; a free piston is arranged in the middle of the middle tank; the upper part of the middle tank is also respectively connected with an exhaust pipe and a sampling bag through pipelines; and the lower part of the middle tank is connected with an air pump. According to the anti-pollution soil gas sampling device, pollution to adopted soil gas caused by entrained air can be avoided in the sampling process.
