The invention provides a connecting method of a connected part. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a T-shaped shape memory alloy with a high phase transition temperature for serving as a connecting rod and a memory alloy with a low phase transition temperature for serving as a fastening ring, inserting the end part of the connecting rod into a connecting hole of the connected part, and arranging the fastening ring on the connecting rod in a sleeving manner in order that the connected part is positioned between the connecting rod and the fastening ring; (2) heating the end part of the connecting rod, increasing the diameter of the connecting rod and gradually reducing the inner diameter of the fastening ring at the room temperature in order to fix the connecting rod together with the fastening ring and realize impact-free connection of the connected part. In the connecting method, impact-free connection with pre-tightening force is adopted, and uniform interference can be formed on an entire riveting part, so that the fatigue life gain of the connected part is increased.
