The invention provides a low voltage user electric energy meter wiring checking method and system. The method comprises the following steps that 1, testing signals are loaded on a power line at the user end; 2, the testing signals are detected at the leading-out terminal of an electric energy meter corresponding to the user end; 3, the wiring result of the electric energy meter is judged according to the testing signals at the leading-out terminal of the target electric energy meter. The wiring condition of the electric energy meter at the user end can be detected accurately, whether the wiring result is correct or not can be judged accurately, and therefore the unfair power consumption of users is eliminated, operation is carried out under the state without power outage, inconvenience and losses of users from power outage checking are avoided effectively, and working difficulty is reduced.
